I don’t really know how not to sound like a narcissistic jerk while creating this page about me on this eponymous blog. I don’t want to get into self-loathing either. So I am just going for the facts here.
So here are the facts – I am Aditya Lotia. I am in my early thirties, married, no kids (yet). I have made my way from the small town of Nanded, India to one of the greatest cities in the world – Mumbai. This is where I currently live. I am an IT engineer as per my graduate degree but that doesn’t really mean anything. I work as an Engagement Manager in Deloitte Digital and specialize in conceptualization, discovery, and implementation of mobile projects. Have been in the industry for close to 12 years now.
I have always been fond of writing and have created multiple blogs in the past where I shared poems, short stories, and random ramblings. But I never pursued writing as my full-time career. With this blog, my aim is to pursue and improve my writing skills and in the process share interesting and entertaining content for you. With this blog, I plan to open myself up bare in front of the world. And knowing myself, that is going to be an uphill task.
I am a geek, technology enthusiast, a big introvert, and a huge Dark Knight fan. I love to read fiction. You can follow me on GoodReads and we can geek over books to read. I love to cook and I also run a recipe blog and a YouTube channel with my wife to cater to my food interests. I am also trying to ‘build my brand’ over LinkedIn (when I figure out what that means)
